Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini available in India for Rs 15000

It came as a surprise to us. Without any official word from Sony Ericsson, Xperia X10 Mini is available in India. Although Sony Ericsson did announce all the three phone in India in March, but there was availability time frame for Mini and Mini Pro.
They have been advertising Xperia X10 a lot lately but we haven’t seen any X10 Mini commercials. Price is another surprise here, the below expectation sales of X10 might have forced them to place ‘Mini’ on a lower end. X10 Mini is selling for arounf Rs 15,000 across Indian cities.
Specswise, X10 Mini has a 600MHz processor, a QVGA screen and a 5 megapixel camera with Android 1.6 on-board.

Exclusive – LG launches its second Android phone Optimus GT540 in India

LG GT540
As usual LG did not make a sound and launched its second Android phone in India and it is now listed on their website. Remember they did the same while launching their first Android phone LG GW620.
Anyways, LG Optimus GT540 is now launched in India; it would soon be available across India.
It is the first Android phone in their Optimus series and an entry level smartphone, but LG is soon going to launch some cool Android phones as well as a so called ‘iPad killer’ tablet in the Optimus series.
Talking about Optimus GT540, It comes with a 3 inch resistive display, 3 MP camera, 1500 Mah battery, Android 1.6 ( a disappointment), HSDPA connectivity, 114 internal memory, A-GPS support and Wi-Fi.
Nothing rocking in specs, but considering it is priced only in Rs 13,000 (It’s MRP, you can get it cheaper) range, you can not expect much.
